Installation with .msi not working

1. I am missing a real zip file for the installation. I don't have admin rights on the PC and can't use the installer.

2. Manual installation: The instructions with the .xll file do not work for me.

I went into the .msi file with 7-zip. However, the files there all have a suffix with an underscore. I removed the suffix and was then able to select the SeoTools64.xll in Excel. The new add-ins entry has appeared correctly. But after confirming with OK, an error message appears.
