Hi everyone,

I get this response since last week. I am unable to pull any data from the Sistrix API since then. I did not change anything on my side. The API key is still active and valid.

Anybody else having this issue?

Thx :smile:

My =dump(xpathonurl()) returns 3 values, but using [2] or [3] returns blank values

I'm trying to write a formula to find the instances of links which contain "findthis".

The below formula returns 3 values.
=Dump(XPathOnUrl($A2,"//a[@href[contains(.,'findthis')]]","href"))

However, when I use the below formula with [2] instead of dump, I get no errors, but nothing is returned.
=XPathOnUrl($A2,"//a[@href[contains(.,'findthis')]][2]","href")

Does anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong?

#VALUE for majestic and many other functions - Please help

@Chris wrote:

Hi,
I'm posting here as follow-up to an email that I sent to Victor Sandberg last night. I'm posting here make sure that it's in your queue.

I am getting mostly #VALUE results though I have pro versions of MOZ and Majestic (but it's not just majestic as you can see from the screeshot), have the latest version of seotoolsforexcel, tried setting the delays to huge values, clearing the cache, semi-dedicated proxies from buy proxies (which have always worked very well for seo purposes).
https://www.screencast.com/t/KkqBu3oMhnT.

By the way this script ran just fine the first time. All data appeared as it should (except majestic - which has given me trouble in other spreadsheets for a couple of months). It's the subsequent runs that generate the #VALUE (even after waiting a day).

I'm really hoping that you can help me understand what can be done to enable me to run this without such errors as I have a client report due at the end of the day and the data that his produces is critical to that report.

Thanks very much!
Chris

Hi,

My Pro activation expired today (2017-11-16) and I'm unable to purchase a new activation.

The payment has been rejected by Avangate by 3 times with 3 different Visa credit cards.

Is there any known issue at this time with license purchasing?

Thx!

Hi,

Is there an issue with the Instagram Post Likes tool? Putting in the Post ID only pulls back the headings, but no info. I have the same issue with the Post Lookup - I can get data putting in the URL, but the ID returns nothing.

How to extract "no. of top10 keywords" for a domain

@Max wrote:

Hi folks,

I'm looking for a way to extract the number of top10 keywords a domain is ranking for in Google.

I have access to SemRush, Ahrefs, Majestic and Sistrix API. However, I did not find a fitting solution, neither in the tool itself nor in the API descriptions from the tool directly.

I wanted to settle with the SEMRush.DomainOverview.OrganicKeywords function which supposedly gives you the number of top20 rankings. Unfortunately, it gives you number of top100 rankings which is too broad.

Appreciate your help folks!

Cheers,
Max

Problem with VBA EXCEL and DUMP (Twitter Connector)

$

@Foxfire wrote:

Hello everybody.

I'm stuck on something and i cannot figure out how to resolve it.

I got some code that calls a Dump formula (using Twitter Connectors). The formula works well if i execute the code step by step (using f8). But if I run the code using F5, it fails, because the code goes faster than Dump.

I tried using Application.wait., using calculatestate, DoEvents, and a lot more of stuff. Also tried disabling and enabling the Addin, Screenupdatinng, and even a Wait time for an hour. I also tried what you can see in the help webpage http://seotoolsforexcel.com/working-with-vba/, enable and disabling Async and nothing works. I'm really lost.

It's curioius because if I use and STOP command right after the dump, the worksheets calculates and then the code works, but the problem of using a STOP command in VBA is that an user needs to be in front of the computer to keep the code running and I want to avoid that. I want the code the code to run complete. I use DUMP but I'm not fetching a huge amount of info (around 100 rows of info, and just 1 column).

If you need more information, I'm just using connector Tweets search, and my query is really simple, because is "from:accountname since:2017-11-26 until:2017-11-27" and it's limited to 150 results.

Is really frustrating to see that the code works PERFECT if I use a STOP command, but i cannot do it that way because i need it to be 100% auto.

Sorry about mi bad English. I hope anybody can help me, because I have no idea of what else to try.

Thanks in advance.

Trying to make use of the Uclassify Connector, have a list of keywords, after about 10 keywords I start to get the exception error:
Exception: FormatException
Message: Input string was not in a correct format
Imgur

Every few lines then show #value! where the output should be

If I manually go back through,select the formula box, hit enter, the connector works. This makes me think some type of time-out error is happening. Is there any way to throttle back the calls or delay before it goes down the rows?

PhantomJs Cloud - Return HTML? XpathOnURL

$

@gromex wrote:

So I use XpathOnURL.

Everything works perfectly fine and my formula returns a table in html format which is what I want.

How can I do this with PhantomJs API? I checked the xml and can't figure out where to modify the connector to return html instead of just the string.

Here's my current working formua:

=XPathOnUrl(A2&B2,"//div[@id='tab3']/div/table",,HttpSettings(TRUE,,,"1020|2040|Host"),"html")

I used the same Xpath using the PhantomJs connector, but it had no option for "Text" or "Html". It always returns text, I'm assuming because it's not json so it defaults to a string value. Can I parse my url and return the actual table?

Full URL I'm testing:
I'm looking for the second table in /div @id = tab3 Where it shows "Availables Sizes & Prices"

Any help would be greatly appreciates. Btw, XpathOnURL works great but even with a 5 second timer between each request It would still take me months to pull the data I need to build a catalog.

I already have a catalog, but I'm looking for ways to clean it up a bit with accurate specifications.

Thanks in advance and Thank you Niels and contributors for this awesome plugin I've recommended it to many.

Hi - Please see this screen shot.

I am trying to pull majestic trust and citation data for a short list of about 20 urls. I have a pro account that, per the screenshot, limits me to 1,000 urls at a time, BUT seotools for excel must somehow be asking majestic for more than 20 because, per the screenshot, it's returing an error indicating that I am asking for over 1,000 urls. Can you please help?
Thanks very much!
