How to analyze images with OpenAI
- Trying to analyze local image addressed with =HYPERLINK("file:///C:/img/sary132.jpg") with gpt-4o model I get an error "Can't access local images".
- Trying to do the same with gpt-4-turbo-preview I get an error "model is deprecated".
- Doing the same with an image URL instead of local file doesn't work because of no browsing feature by the API.
Is there any other workaround to get images analyzed?

Find partial match in a cell based on range
I have a column Sheet1!A2:A100 with values like saga193. In Sheet2!A2:A100 I have a column, which contains some exact values from Sheet1!A2:A100, some partial values, and some different values. Partial values are like seiko saga193.
If Sheet1!A2:A100 contains saga193, and Sheet2!A2 contains seiko saga193, I want insert into Sheet2!B2 the matching value from Sheet1!A2:A100.
What is the way to do so with RegEx functions?

Hi I am experiencing a bunch of issues.
I was able to install seo tools for excel but keep getting errors. I am not able to delete an old version, i am at the point where i am almost considering wiping the whole computer and re install windows.
Anyway I get it running now but i get the subscription error when I want to pull data from ahrefs or majestic. I do have a license.

Moz connector - exception: unexpected character while parsing value
I have a paid account and correct API info. When using the Moz connector, I keep getting the error message: "Exception: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: T. Path ", line 0, position 0."
I've tried writing only one URL in the URL(s) input box. I've tried selecting different views. I've tried selecting only one field. I've tried selecting Transpose. I've tried putting the cursor in different cells in the sheet, as well as in a separate blank sheet.

Difficulty Integrating Google Search Console Data into SEO Tools for Excel
Hi everyone,
I have been trying to pull data from Google Search Console using the SEO Tools for Excel connector but seem to be running into some issues; I followed the instructions for setting up the API key and OAuth 2.0 but whenever I try to fetch data; I am facing error that says Authentication failed or No data available. I am certain the API key is correct & I have given the necessary permissions in the Google Developer Console.
Has anyone else encountered this problem or are there any additional steps I may be missing in the setup process? I would appreciate any guidance if there is a detailed walkthrough that covers possible troubleshooting options. Also is there a specific Excel version that works best with the Google Search Console integration?

Excel seems to freeze when I use any seotoolsforexcel function
Today, every function I use Yahoo search, Bing search, XpathonUrln OpenAI... makes the calculation and then block my excel for 30 seconds.

Triggering bulk downloadfile

eBay BrowseApi => no oauth!

in view of the fact that Ebay FidingAPI is definitely being decommissioned in less than 20 days and that I have been using for many years now, I wanted to try eBay BrowseAPI to prepare my Price Dump table.
BrowseAPI clearly requires login with Ebay rest Api, When I click on Login, a redirect occurs from Here:

Seo tool blocked
we are trying to install this SEO tool in our MS enviorment. There is one user who we have installed the tool locally but it does not appear in the Toolbar. if we install it on admin account it will appear on the toolbar but not on this standard users Toolbar
we have tried both - .msi file and to install add-in locally through the app but both do not appear in the toolbar
I have also extracted the digital certificate and added it manually to my machine and that doesnt work aswell
have you guys any advice of how to allow it or where it could be being blocked.

SEO Tools for Excel Not Extracting Meta Descriptions Correctly

I’ve been using SEO Tools for Excel to extract meta descriptions from multiple URLs, but I’ve noticed that some pages return blank values or incorrect descriptions. The issue seems random—some URLs work fine, while others don’t, even though they have properly defined meta descriptions when checked manually. Has anyone else faced this?
I’ve tried different methods, including adjusting request delays and testing with different user-agents, but the problem persists. 
I also checked if the issue was related to JavaScript-rendered content, but some static HTML pages also fail to return data. I’m wondering if there’s a workaround, or if this is a bug in the latest version. Has anyone found a reliable fix for this? Is there a way to force SEO Tools for Excel to fetch the correct meta descriptions consistently?

Installation with .msi not working

I am missing a real zip file for the installation. I don't have admin rights on the PC and can't use the installer.

Manual installation: The instructions with the .xll file do not work for me.
I went into the .msi file with 7-zip. However, the files there all have a suffix with an underscore. I removed the suffix and was then able to select the SeoTools64.xll in Excel. The new add-ins entry has appeared correctly. But after confirming with OK, an error message appears.
