Hello, the task pane helper is not showing up for me whenver I select any of the connectors or Google icons. I have the most recent version of SeoTools 10 installed. I have uninstalled/reinstalled both Office 365 as well as SeoTools, however the task pane still does not appear for any of the connectors (SEO, Social, AI, Others). No error messages appear either. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello! I was hoping someone in the community could help me out here. I'm looking to pull a URL's top keyword by impressions rather than clicks. I can't figure out how to do this...could someone please help? Or is that not an option in the tool?

I am trying to open the addon for Google Search Console, but the pane does not open up. I see the same happen for all Google items in the menu.

The toolbar isn't showing up in my Excel Menu Bar when I open Excel. I've 'installed it' twice and see the "add-ins" box checked in Excel Options Menu Bar. All other Add-Ins are visible in the Menu Bar but not SEOTools for Excel. Any ideas?

EDIT: my example text contains 'at-signs' which are interpreted as mentions, which prevents me from posting as-is. I have substituted them all with '&' just so I can get on with posting.

I can successfully (scrape) / download image files from a URL list on my server.
However; there appears to be a size limit as nothing downloads over 1Mg size and 80% of the images on the list of 10,000 target URLs are 2Mg images taken in high resolution with my Nikon.
I like this tool and want to purchase it but I cannot use it if I cannot make it work.
Are there setting or additional commands I need to put into the formula to target larger images?
I have tried formula:
=DownloadFile(E2,"E:20231114 ZOEY DOWNLOAD URL BACKUP numbered",M2)
And:
=@DownloadFile(E2,N2,M2)
Same result for both.
Only the smaller images appear in the receiving file.
I have left it all night to execute.
It appears to locate all the targeted 10,000 files on the Server. I know this because if I delete the receiving image directory Microsoft gives me a message that it is deleting 9,600 files; however, only 4,500 are visible in the directory.
I also noticed that the files in the folder where sorting by size, with the smallest files completing the download first. Then sorting alphabetically as the larger files downloaded.
Is it just a question of time to allow the larger files to download?
I realize it would be impossible to predict how long it should take because of all the possible variations on internet connection speed, CPU clock speed and the response of the Server etc.
Is there any other reason or method I can try?

There is a bug in the GA4 connector.
Selecting "Exclude headers in result" does not exclude the dimensions headers.

My endgoal is to export restaraurant data from a whole city (small slovakian one) from google maps to excel.
I have managed to look up some restaurants but it is limiting me with just 20 rows at a time .How can I increase the number of the restaurants exported from google to excel ?

I am downloading JPEG images off an AWS server using SEO Tools download formula. The target server is to be shut down. I need to preserve the images in their entirety independent of the server.
It appears the image files produced by SEO tools are images of the existing files and are therefore dependant on the original images. They are not jpeg files in their own right. What is the process to convert these to actual independent images / fully formed ".jpeg" files? - can you point me somewhere or correct me if I am wrong.

I used SEO TOOLS to scrape image files off and AWS server.
Some of the URLS were excessively long.
As a result they thew errors during download.
After an unknown (but long) number of characters the error #VALUE would appear in name column.
One could click on the browser window and arrow down the text to show the second line and if the ".jpeg would appear - the download would continue.
If the URL was excessively long - it would be truncated and be cut off without the ".jpeg".
a "/." woulds appear. This would not download.
I was able to determine a list of the URLS that did complete but did not upload data from the image. It is below. and the truncated URLS.
I will try to find the actual URLs that resulted in a "/." truncated URL.

The only feature i could get working was =SeoToolsVersion() (which returns 10.0.2)
I can't get the tool to pull page titles or any function really.
The following recommendations is the only solution i could find when searching the errors i'm getting, but there are no Disabled add-ins to reenable at all.

I used the DownloadFile Formula to change the names of pictures that are in an web URL but when they get created Windows and any other program says the format is not supported. Also they all have the same size of 41KB which shouldn't be happening. Please help.

Hello, I was trying to register and try Seotool with the 14-days trial but I couldn't use it because of a registration issue. I can't replicate the error at the moment since the trial ended today but it was related to the server's connection/proxy setting. I was not using a proxy and I don't have a firewall blocking outgoing connections. Is it possibile to renew the trial and try again, giving you more precise info? I could create a new email address and register again but I'd like to avoid it if possibile.

Hi,
I installed the licensed v10 version of Seotools to 15 users like 10 days ago and I've been getting complaints about:
• Excels closing itself randomly without any error message.
So users lose their work if Excel didn't auto-save and it happens even if they don't use SeoTools tools.
• Excel's windows is really laggy since the installation.
Thay had the v5 free version before and nothing like that ever happened.
It's a bit annoying to have paid for the licenses and ending up with this kind of issues when the free version didn't have any of those problems.
Does anyone has an idea of what could cause this?

I have a formula like this:

I want to drag the formula to the table's bottom, so the cell reference A2 changes its value while dragging to A3, A4 and so on.

with the GSC Connector I extract the clicks for the same period, from two different proprieties, with two formulas.
For example:

It's possible to merge these formulas into a single cell, to obtain one instead of two?

I have a list of approx. 15,000 domains for which I would like to have various metrics, such as the domain rating or the traffic. Now after a few hundred domains it only shows the error #Value.
Is the limit via seotoolsforexcel that low or am I doing something wrong?
